Essence Oils and Flower Essences work deeply and effectively to unlock the emotional blocks which cause the body to tense and tighten. 

Together we create a personalised blend which is then massaged into your body using long sweeping strokes, creating deep relaxation and allowing extremely gentle release of any tension.

In each massage approximately 1/3 of the time is allowed for creating and discussing your personalised blend.  The remainder is used for massage and possibly guided meditation.
